PE HD High Density Polyethylene

We know how important the choice of material is in technical and industrial applications.
In fact, often the wrong choice can easily lead to a failure to achieve the technical objective.
In this article, we won't discuss the chemical and molecular structure of the material. It's easy to find highly detailed articles on the subject online. However, it's difficult to find articles with application examples.
HDPE is a strong, rigid, and stable material. If I had to describe it in a simplified and technically incorrect way, I'd say it feels very similar to derlin.
Obviously we are talking about different materials, with different characteristics and applications, but I believe this example can help many of you readers understand the rigidity and stability of the material.

While we are all familiar with the self-lubricating properties of derlin, HD PE has a very useful use in the marine and naval sectors.
In addition to its excellent technical performance, HDPE boasts excellent buoyancy. Its density is lower than that of water, allowing for upward buoyancy.
The fields of application of HD PE are numerous, its technical characteristics are particularly ideal for some uses.
In our projects, we always strive to find the ideal solution while fully respecting the client's budget, studying and analyzing the materials available on the market.
If you have a product in mind that you'd like to create, we'd be happy to help you through every stage of the design process.
